This little machine outdid itself. Cleans better than my full sized carpet cleaner, not kidding. There are two cats in this household and they are not well behaved when it comes to using their litter box, or finding a hard floor when they are spewing hair balls. I also cleaned the hallway stairs. Wow, they look better than any professional carpet cleaning company has ever done. Light in weight and easy to clean after using. No leaks and the suction is , like I said better than the big cleaner I presently have.

What a powerful little thing! I was amazed at how clean the Bissell Little Green carpet and upholstery cleaner got my furniture. I couldn't believe it!I was seconds away from tossing out my storage ottoman because I wasn't able to remove the various old and new stains on it. But then on a whim, I decided to take *one more look* for a portable and budget conscious carpet and upholstery cleaner, and found this amazing machine that checked all my boxes and more!I was already a fan of the Bissell brand, as I've owned, and I currently own, vacuum cleaners, so I knew it was a solid brand that gets the job done. I am thrilled with this purchase, and I recommend this "Little Green Machine" for a variety of small to medium cleaning jobs!

This is a nice compact unit. It does well what it’s designed for, that is, small spots like heavily soiled areas in front of chairs where people’s feet go, spills and local area cleaning, but not a whole carpet. The design is super simple and obvious to the user, so using it is intuitive. The unit cleans really dirty areas very well, though you might have to go over crazily dirty areas more than once. The spray area fan for the cleaning solution is the perfect size, the vacuum suction to get the dirty solution back out is strong enough to leave the cleaned carpet just damp. It takes up little storage space due to the compact, all-in-one design. The hose and nozzles store on board so nothing gets separated and lost. I like the compactness most of all.You can see the level of cleaning solution through the clear plastic tank, and you can see the level of dirty solution being vacuumed out through the other clear plastic tank. Both tanks and the vacuum hose are easy to clean and there is a hose end nozzle for self-cleaning the vacuum hose. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Well Im impressed with the Bissell Little Green multi-purpose carpet cleaner. I initially purchased it to remove a few stains from my carpet, and it did just that. I ended up doing so much more. This is lightweight, easy to unpack, move and use. Easy to clean and store. I actually refreshed my mattresses by cleaning them with this and with the floor fan and ceiling fan on, they were ready to sleep on the same night. Im impressed. My mattresses look brand new. Im looking forward to using it in my car because it has never been shampooed, ever and Im wondering why I waited so long. Im very happy with this purchase.

DOES NOT HEAT WATER!! (I actually read the description.) Awesome little cleaner! I clean houses and purchased this because a client was in need. I am so glad I didn't get the mini because this was very easy and lightweight to carry! The size is perfect for smaller jobs but not too small you can't tackle an entire living room. Power cord is decent length. My only complaint is the hose could be longer. Although that may lead to less powerful suction. Idk. I did use a lot of pressure when sucking the water back up as I wanted to get as much out as possible, of course. My shoulders feel it but it was worth it! I'm very pleased with this machine! Highly recommend!

Ok, so I rarely take the time to do a real review of products. Most of the time I will give a star rating only if I give any review at all but I went back into my orders to review this product because of how impressed I am. I have two large dogs and we are an active home. We walk often and in all weather and types of terrain so there is a mix on any given day of what kind spots or messes may come from that. This machine has not failed me yet. From ground in dirt, mud, even the green from paws on fresh cut grass . . . All have come out with this machine. It even works great for brightening up high traffic areas. This however is not the reason I came back to review. I recently had one of my dogs need some medical care which caused him to have to be put under. It was the first time I had to do this with him so I didnt know some dogs are sensitive to some kinds of medication used for sedation. Long story short, he was. He struggled to keep even bland food down and as a result I had many messes to clean up for about 20 hours. This machine handled them all. Even (and Im sorry this is a bit gross) the yellow bile messes he left from emptying his stomach. Not only is this machine compact working great in a small apartment storage wise, but it is strong, easy to use, and best of all snaps all apart to clean the parts that get messy while in use. I cannot recommend this enough if you are a pet owner. It even has a piece that goes on the hose when you detach the brush part that uses a backwards flush to clean the tubing out after use. If I had one drawback to mention it is that the flushing attachment is a little hard to pull back off once done, but that is such a minor issue its hardly worth noting. Honestly, this will be a recommendation of a cleaner I give to all my friends and family who get a new pet and I have already touted it to all of them that already have four legged family members. Great buy and worth every dime. I use Bissell pet pro oxy spot and stain remover solution according to directions on machine.

We recently bought a new couch in November and we have a 70 pound pitbull who we love to death and he thinks he’s a lapdog and unfortunately the couch is his favorite piece of furniture in the house. He has not ruined the couch however we walk our dog daily several times a day and you know they get dirt on their paws and we wipe his paws each time he comes in, but we use our couch throughout the day we sit on it. We enjoy our house. Our house is not a museum we live in our house we watch movies we host tons of family gatherings so we like to refreshing our furniture once in a while. We also like to refresh in our cars once in a while, and if you had to pay somebody to come and clean your upholstery in your house and clean the seats in your car every month or two you would be broke, especially in today’s economy so I heard of the little green mean machine and did my research and read my reviews and saw that this was actually a great little product and you could clean your upholstery with it. I also have a recliner in my house. You could clean carpets with it unfortunately we don’t need it for that. We do have our own carpet shampooer but I would definitely like it for our couch, our recliner and definitely our automobile we can clean our carpet and our seats in our cars so I went ahead and got the mini one. I saw the regular size one and I saw the mini one the mini one had great reviews because it’s compact. It fits in little small areas. I don’t need a big one. I’m not gonna be using this thing every day. I’ll probably clean the couch every couple of months. I’ll probably do the seats in my car in the carpets in my car probably twice a year so there’s no need to keep some big machine. I’m already tight on space as it is. People said they loved the compact one. The reviews were great so that’s what I got and I haven’t used it yet, but I’m sure it’s gonna be great because the reviews on it were absolutely fabulous. My husband said he had one before him and I met and that he absolutely loved it so I’m gonna have faith. I do own all other Bissell products and I love them so I know it’s gonna be great. I have the Bissell pro mop where it vacuums mopped and dries all in one so that thing is a lifesaver so I’m pretty sure this thing’s gonna be a Lifesaver.

Great little machine. It’s well-made and easy to clean if you use the little hydro tool after you’re done. Did a great job with wear and tear stains; for a really nasty baked in stain it will take a couple of uses. I felt the drying time was absolutely normal—you have to do a few drying passes with the hose and watch until you’re not picking up a ton of water anymore. For reference, I live in a one-bedroom rental with wall-to-wall beige carpet, and I’m using it for random stains and high-traffic areas, eg between the kitchen and the dining area. Works great, very pleased.

I had wanted the Bissell Little Green for the longest time. If you have pets or children, a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner like this can come in very handy.One of my cats unfortunately peed on my couch, and I thought it might be the end of the line for it since it is a power recliner with non removable cushions. I picked this up as a last resort, and honestly also as an excuse to finally buy one.I debated between the plug in and cordless versions, but ultimately chose the corded model because it has almost twice the suction power. At first I thought the suction felt a bit weak, but once I saw the liquid it was pulling up I was very impressed. During the passes I could literally see yellowish liquid being extracted. It was gross and satisfying at the same time. I was also surprised by how brown and dirty the recovered water was. This machine is tiny but mighty.Weighing around 7 pounds, the Little Green is light and easy to carry around the house. It is also a bit quieter than a traditional vacuum. Cleanup is straightforward. You simply remove the dirty water tank and rinse it out. The vacuum head attachment rinses easily as well. For the hose, you can use the self cleaning tool by pressing the nozzle and running water through it for about 30 seconds.There are still some lingering smells, but based on the color of the extracted water it clearly did a lot of work. I just need to do a few more cleaning sessions on my couch.I am glad I finally bit the bullet and gave the Little Green a try. This adorable little machine may have saved me hundreds of dollars compared to hiring a professional cleaner or replacing my couch. I have 3 kids, a dog and carpeted floors... I had been looking at this machine for a while but didn't end up buying it until I spent a hour trying to clean a large amount of vomit out of the carpet in my son's room. The smell was so bad I decided to finally get it and I'm so glad I did! This thing is AMAZING! And it's already paid for itself, I've had it less than a month and have used it 4 times now. Twice in different areas where my kids got sick, pulled up everything from the carpet. If I put my face near where it was now it smells nice and not like puke! Used it once on my area rug where our dog had a diarrhea accident... My husband wanted to throw the rug out but I tried this on it and it looks brand new now, you would never know our dog had a accident on it. The fourth time I've used it so far was on a chocolate shake spill stain from about 6 months ago. I didn't think it was going to work since it was a old spill but I decided to try it and it worked! The stain completely gone! I also really love that it comes with a attachment to clean the hose by itself too. The machine was easy for me to use and easy to clean. It's a little loud when using it but it does a amazing job cleaning! I can't recommend it enough, wish I would of bought it sooner. I wanted to wait to write a review until I had tested the Little Green on multiple types of stains on various fabrics/carpets, and it has not disappointed. So far, I've had 100% success cleaning up cat vomit, dog bile, and mud. These stains were cleaned off a wool throw rug, nylon/polyester blend carpet, and polyester upholstery, respectively. I used the provided Bissel Spot & Stain Febreeze solution and didn't find it to have an overwhelming scent.Pros:- It works which is the biggest thing for me! Plus, a couple of these stains, like the cat vomit one on the living room wool rug, had been there for months and nothing I tried would get it out.- The machine is relatively light to carry around and is compact to stow away when finished.- I liked that the electrical cord was very long which made it easy to use in rooms with only a few outlets.- Any animal lover will know that no matter how much vacuuming you do, there's always going to be some stray hairs left behind. I'm pleasantly surprised that the Little Green has yet to get clogged while I've been cleaning. I always wash the pieces after each use, but it seems like my Lab's hair could clog anything. But, not Little Green!Cons:- I wish I could remove the hose completely to clean it, but the parts that can be removed to clean are easy to do so.- When you load up the water-solution mixture into its tub and turn it upside down to install it into the machine, it does leak a little bit. Once it's in the machine, it doesn't continue leaking but it did catch me off guard the first time I used it thinking I did something wrong.- I wish the instructions told me how best to use each of the attachments.
